Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing workforce needs, budgets, and data to recommend strategies for managing military, civilian, and contractor personnel in a Navy support role based in Naples, Italy.
The role focuses on ensuring efficient use of resources and supporting mission goals through detailed evaluations and coordination.

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Department of the Navy of FORWARD SHIP SUSTAINMENT NAPLES, Italy.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Recommending manpower strategies and policies based on and influenced by budget, workforce requirements and projects, DoN goals, and mission needs and; 2) Utilizing principles, practices and methods of manpower to determine whether obligations, expenditures and requested allotments are within FTE limitations and; 3) Identifying and analyzing quantitative data in order to relate the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations and substantive program support functions.
