Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT BRANCH of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
The incumbent serves as an authority, consultant, and advisor with responsibility for overall management and administration of division operations.
The incumbent also evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of department operations and seeks to implement areas of improvement. The duty location of this position is Patuxent River, MD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, and exercise diplomacy in working with military, civil service, and contractor personnel to accomplish tasks in a timely manner; 2) Formulating and presenting findings, briefings, papers, status reports, and correspondence; 3) Utilizing Microsoft 365 tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; 4) Demonstrating the ability to effectively utilize these tools for document creation, data analysis, presentation development, communication, collaboration, and project management to support organizational objectives and streamline workflows; and 5) Developing tools for process improvement.
