About the Position: This position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at Pine Bluff Arsenal.
This position serves as a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor, supervising the Carpenter and Locksmith shops, overseeing skilled workers.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor without more than normal supervision.
I have the ability to perform common Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor duties which include coordinating resources, staff, equipment, and materials for work operations, inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy, ensuring asbestos removal and wood packaging process follows established regulations, identifying problem areas and making recommendations for improvements.
I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc.
(Includes Blueprint Reading) Ability to Lead or Supervise Ability to Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, and Repair, etc.
