THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1414P03 and is part of the 107TH ATKW, National Guard.

Military Grades: Officer only GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field.
Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience, education or training equivalent to at least next lower grade level.
Experience managing, directing, developing, and implementing policy programs and procedures for the accurate management of Wing Logistics Planning.
Experience serving as the Installation Deployment Officer (IDO), and acts for the Commander, regarding actions required to deploy in support of Aerospace Expeditionary Forces (AEF), contingency operations, Operations Other Than War (OOTW), and exercises.
Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Major Duties:
As a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0346-12, you will serve as the Logistics Officer with responsibility for overall program management, direction, and control of wing logistics planning that includes multiple units and may include geographically separated units where no logistics management personnel are assigned.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage, direct, develop and implement policy programs and procedures for the accurate management of Wing Logistics planning.
Serves as the Logistics Officer/Specialist and provides administrative and technical oversight to a lower-graded specialist.
This position is responsible for fully prepared, assigned unit personnel and equipment for Aerospace Expeditionary Force/Wing (AEF/AEW) Operations around the world.
