$1,500 Recruitment Payment for Part-Time LPNs

What You’ll Do:
As an LPN at IVH, you will serve as the leader of a direct care team:
-Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents.
-Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans.
-Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.
-Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides.
-Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.
Flexible Scheduling Options
Evening Shift: 8-hour shifts (2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
Night Shift: 10-hour shifts (8:15 p.m - 6:15 a.m.)
1 weekend out of 3.
Weekend Package: Applicants are required to work 40 hours every two weekends, specifically on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, earn up to $4,000 in retention payments, with lodging and meals available upon request.

Qualifications
Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
