The Utah State Hospital is looking for several caring, diligent, career minded LPN 's to join our team. At Utah State Hospital, LPN's work as part of the professional treatment team to offer compassionate care to mentally ill patients with a wide range of ages and abilities. We have the pleasure of working with the best staff, in a beautiful modern facilities, situated on a picturesque campus at the foot of the Wasatch mountains.
Responsibilities:Do you enjoy providing patients with care that enhances their quality of life as an LPN? Some duties include:
- Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients.
- Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift.
- Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.
- Document in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the treatment team.
- Follow policies and procedures while providing care.
Qualifications:
- Registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utah.
- You must successfully pass a criminal history check.
