Base salary range: $37,764 - $49,094
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-5. Bachelor's degree + some experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves supporting a military library by handling book loans between libraries, checking materials in and out, keeping track of records, and managing daily opening and closing tasks.
It also includes answering basic questions from visitors or callers and directing them to the right people when needed.
A good fit would be someone with customer service experience in a library or similar setting, who is organized and detail-oriented.
You will serve as a LIBRARY TECHNICIAN in the GRAY RESEARCH CENTER of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
