Full Job Description

You will serve as LEAD SUPPLY SYSTEM ANALYST in the AVIATION SUPPORT DEPARTMENT of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing administrative functions (i.e.

maintaining interfacing databases, generating reports, analyzing data, developing procedures/policies, providing training) over multiple aviation automated supply systems.

  • You will lead a team whose primary responsibility is to maintain a functioning and accurate maintenance/supply system in support of the Retail Supply and the Warehousing Operations of the Aviation Support Department.
  • You will analyze trends and conduct studies on proposed changes in operations, organizational entities, and functions.
  • You will instruct, coordinate, and perform as a staff advisor on a wide diversity of subjects related to supply operations and management practices.
  • You will report weekly to supervisors on team accomplishments, progress, and training needs, as well as assessing team strengths and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement.
  • You will distribute and balance the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization.
  • You will give on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
