Full Job Description

This position is located at: Fort Campbell, KY Warrior Zone. This is a Regular Part Time position (20-39 hours per week) with eligibility for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, which involved dealing with general public.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possesses work experience using software programs like Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, Management Information Systems, or gaming software.

Possesses outstanding customer service skills. Possesses experience facilitating special events and/or recreational programs.

You must also include the highly preferred criteria in your resume, if applicable. Major Duties:

  • In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilitates and machinery.
  • Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
  • Plans, conducts, publicize and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
  • Leads the work of other employees. Passes on to other workers instructions received from the supervisor and starts work. Distributes and balances work- load assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy.
  • Answers questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives. Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations. Provides on-the job training to new employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
