Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team of IT specialists in managing computer systems, networks, and servers to keep them running smoothly and securely, while also handling customer support and overseeing IT projects.
A good fit would be someone with hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting and team leadership, who enjoys solving technical problems and communicating effectively with others.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security; 2) Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems; 3) Assisting in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT projects; an/or 4) Monitoring system performance and generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
