This job is for a laborer at a military resort in Seward, Alaska, where you'll handle outdoor tasks like mowing lawns, trimming plants, shoveling snow, and maintaining grounds, along with indoor cleaning using power tools and moving heavy items.
It's a hands-on role involving physical work and following instructions independently.
A good fit would be someone with basic labor experience who is reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors in a remote location.
This position is located at the Seward Military Resort in Seward, Alaska. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Housing may be provided on a space available basis.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. At least three (3) months of laboring experience. 2.
Possess knowledge and skill to safely operate/utilize, control and clean tools and power equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, leaf blowers, edgers and trimmers, scrubbers and buffers, steam cleaners and vacuums, etc.).
3. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned. 4.
Posses knowledge in maintaining and performing routine maintenance of power equipment(e.g. cleaning lawn mowers, oiling parts on power equipment, etc.). 5.
