Job Title: Juvenile Rehabilitation Program Manager
Location: Snoqualmie, WA

Salary: $73,284 - $98,520 Annually. The salary does not include an additional 5% premium pay for employees working in King County or an on-site 24/7 facility 5% premium.
The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is looking for a Juvenile Rehabilitation Program Manager to provide leadership to teams that provide support directly to Echo Glen campus living units.
This management position develops, implements and monitors compliance with JR Policy, safety regulations, and national juvenile justice standards. This job has a 4/10 schedule.
The Opportunity:
In this Program Manager role, you are responsible for the provision of youth services that are developmentally appropriate, trauma informed, racial equity-based and culturally relevant. You will have direct engagement and interaction with our residents in multiple areas including living units.
Some of what you will do:
Required Qualifications:
Equivalent combination of education and experience totaling six years.
OR
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution AND four years of professional experience in casework, counseling, probation and parole, social services, planning, directing, and/or facilitation youth group activities or experience in a related field.
OR
Two years as a Juvenile Rehabilitation Counselor 3 (JRC3) or Juvenile Rehabilitation Program Specialist (JR Program Specialist).
Note: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Social Sciences, or in a related field will substitute for one year of experience.
