An independent Federal agency, the U.S.

International Commission provides the President and Congress with high-quality analysis and technical support on international trade, tariff and competitiveness issues; hears and decides import injury cases; and publishes the United States' tariff schedule.

Specialized Experience To qualify at the GS-13 level, you must have one-year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 obtained in the federal or private sector which demonstrates all of the following: 1) Ensuring the optimal implementation, maintenance and administration of a SharePoint online, including operations and support for implementing forms, lists, web parts and workflows.

AND 2) Performing application programming activities through all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including designing, coding, testing, debugging, deploying and maintaining complex applications following an Agile development methodology, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Framework, and applying industry-standard procedures and techniques (e.g., configuration management, source code control).

AND 3) Providing expert technical analysis of software technologies and products to determine their feasibility for use and to make recommendations on the value of adopting that product for beneficial use in the technology portfolio.

AND 2) Performing application programming activities through all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including designing, coding, testing, debugging, deploying and maintaining complex applications following an Agile development methodology, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Framework and applying industry-standard procedures and techniques (e.g., configuration management, source code control).

AND 3) Applying project management principles, methods, and practices while working with technical IT experts (both FTE and contractor); coordinate assigned projects from development to production; identify and obtain required resources; develop milestones; and report progress to senior management to achieve cost, schedule and performance goals.

AND 4) Providing expert technical analysis of software technologies and products to determine their feasibility for use and to make recommendations on the value of adopting that product for beneficial use in the technology portfolio.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Major Duties:

This position is located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer and will serve as a SharePoint Administrator, the incumbent engineers, implements, maintains and administers the agency's SharePoint content management platform and supports the maintenance and administration of other content management systems (e.g., Drupal) used by the agency, as needed.

Major duties Provides the optimal implementation, maintenance and administration of the agency's SharePoint content management platform and supports the maintenance and administration of other content management systems (SaaS platforms like BOX, ServiceNow).

Designs, develops and maintains web-based applications using higher level computer languages, frameworks and software packages.

Develops the technical design of software projects, being responsible for all aspects of a project's implementation, and provides software engineering guidance, support and coordination to customers and IT project teams.

Researches and evaluates new technologies, as needed, to determine their feasibility and value for use within the portfolio.
