Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

As a Business Analyst, you serve as a key link between business needs and technology solutions, supporting both project delivery and ongoing system operations in a collaborative and developing environment.
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and external partners to analyze needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective solutions across a mix of vendor and in-house systems.
You will translate business needs into clear requirements, business rules, and functional designs, helping reduce risk, control costs, and improve delivery timelines.
This position plays an active role across the full system lifecycle—from initial request through implementation and maintenance—ensuring solutions meet customer expectations and align with organizational goals.
