OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: [insert applicable field(s) of study].
OR Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement.

assisting architects and engineers in preparation of contract documents, which include drawings, specifications, and design analysis for a variety of complex military and civil facilities; 2.
evaluating design objectives, making calculations, and identifying the most economical and effective procedures for project development; and 3.
furnishing to higher authority the technical cost information to support decisions on modifications to contracts.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D.

preparing sketches or change drawings and specifications to eliminate potential problems; planning and/or overseeing demonstrations by manufacturers' representatives.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education: Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M.
