Full Job Description

You will serve as an GG-0132-13 Intelligence Specialist performing duties as Command Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) for Fleet Cyber Command (FCC), International Engagements Branch (N54).

This position is located in Ft. Meade, MD at the US FLEET CYBER COMMAND. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 level in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Provide guidance and assistance to Foreign Disclosure Representatives (FDRs) for the release of materials related to the command's mission sets to foreign partners; 2) Research, analyze, and coordinate information with other staff offices to resolve matters and ensure foreign disclosure information follow compliance with law and regulations; 3) Establish procedures to control the release of information; and 4) Draft and maintain written information needed for the proper execution of the Foreign Disclosure Program.
