We're currently recruiting for a non-certified, Special Agent position within our Intelligence Unit. This a rare opportunity to become a Special Agent without Basic Law Enforcement Academy (BLEA) certification or equivalency.
A Gambling Special Agent assigned to the Intelligence Unit plays a key role in supporting the mission of the Washington State Gambling Commission.
In this position, you will work with a team to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to criminal activity and emerging trends.
Special Agents in the Intelligence Unit play a critical behind-the-scenes role by supporting agencies to identify crime patterns, assess threats, and develop informed, effective investigative strategies.
There are three field offices which are located in Federal Way, Spokane, and Lacey. Special Agents assigned to this unit are based out of one of these three office locations and are assigned to a geographical area.
