Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves coordinating prevention programs in the Navy to tackle issues like suicide, sexual assault, harassment, substance misuse, and violence, while advising leaders on strategies to improve safety and compliance.
You'll work with various experts to run trainings, analyze data for trends, and ensure programs meet legal standards in a military setting overseas.

You will serve as a INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Family Readiness Division (N9), Fleet and Family Support (FFSP) (N91) of NAVSUPPACT BAHRAIN.
The current workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Employees hired from continental U.S. will receive Sunday Premium Pay (computed at 25% of basic hourly rate, eight hours per week).
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.
Managing and coordinating population-based and targeted prevention programs to address problematic behaviors such as suicide, sexual assault, harassment, substance misuse, and violence.; AND 2.
Advising senior leadership on data-informed prevention strategies of program and climate assessments to drive organizational change and ensure policy compliance; AND 3.
Identify risk and protective factors utilizing various methods such as, analytical techniques, statistical methods, to assess program effectiveness, measure outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations; AND 4.
Coordinating with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts such as, mental health, equal opportunity, and family advocacy partners to synchronize prevention efforts, trainings and education to various groups.
