Summary

This entry-level job involves helping to review and analyze insurance rates and policies submitted by companies to ensure they follow Hawaii's laws and rules.

Salary: $4,243 per month (SR-16, Step D)

Requirements

This position is located in the Rate and Policy Analysis (RPA) Branch of the Insurance Division of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. The RPA Branch is responsible for the development and implementation of systems and procedures for the conduct and analysis of rate and policy filings of all domestic, foreign and alien insurance companies for compliance with State insurance laws.
The position receives training and assists in a trainee capacity in the analysis of insurance rates and policies for compliance with State laws, rules and regulations; and performs other related duties as assigned.
