Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

You will serve as an Instructional Systems Specialist in the Learning Standards Department of RECRUITING UNIT.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Conducting curriculum revisions based on training program requirements; 2) Evaluating courses for successful accomplishment of course objectives; 3) Developing tests to measure achievement and adequacy of instruction; and 4) Advising personnel on concepts, principles, theories and practices of cognitive learning, adult learning, science of learning and instructional systems design.
My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction.
