Full Job Description

This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

The incumbent will be responsible for the integration of DSCA IT Investments and IT Portfolio Management (PfM) matters that support the mission programs for the Security Cooperation Enterprise (SCE).

You may qualify at the GS-14 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A.

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Tracking and reporting information regarding individual automated systems and their costs, for developing recommendations for the portfolio and analyzing risk, impact, and benefits of systems Planning, developing, integrating, and implementing vital programs, project key initiatives.

Providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT Portfolios and its related IT investments. Major Duties:

As a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) at the GS-14 grade level some of your typical work assignments may include: Responsible for the integration of DSCA IT Investments and IT Portfolio Management (PfM) matters that support the mission programs for the Security Cooperation Enterprise (SCE).

Leads multi-functional and/or multi-disciplinary teams or projects that support portfolio and investment analysis and recommendations.

Subject matter expert on the DSCA's Portfolio Management Solution, Information Technology Registry, and the Department of Defense Information Technology Registry (DITPR).

Participates in pre-acquisition activities and influences key decision forums, policy and guidance that results in improved portfolio performance, value, strategic and mission alignment.

Coordinates with stakeholders to provide a variety of functional and technical policy and program review services.
