This job involves helping users with computer problems, setting up and fixing hardware and software, and managing IT equipment in a military department setting.
It's a hands-on support role where you'll troubleshoot issues, train people on tech, and keep track of inventory.
A good fit would be someone with a couple years of IT helpdesk experience who likes working with people and can handle a security check, especially if they know military systems.
This posting is only open to residents of the State of Colorado at the time of submitting your application.
Two (2) years of experience working with software/hardware and networks in a service-desk oriented capacity.
Must be able to pass a security clearance.

Education and Experience:
A combination of Information Technology-related education, formalized apprenticeship program, certification, and/or relevant experience as stated in the experience section above equal to two (2) years.
Must be able to pass a security clearance.
