Full Job Description

You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST in the SECURITY DIVISION of COMAEWINGPAC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting security programs by planning and conducting security surveys, inspections, policies and practices for safeguarding and securing information and material.

  • You will plan, develop and implement security plans involving access to grounds, hangars, and buildings by employees, vendors, and government personnel.
  • You will conduct inspections of security systems and guard services at the local level, to assure contract compliance.
  • You will perform impromptu inspections of facilities and personnel to assess protection against espionage.
  • You will assists in developing security plans involving access to grounds by employees, vendors, and government personnel.
  • You will consider and apply approved alternatives pertinent to the security requirements for highly specific situations.
  • You will participate in inspections of contract security systems and contract guard services for specified buildings and facilities, to assure contract compliance.
  • You will plan, implement, and manage physical security protective methods and procedures, including a variety of intrusion detection systems and devices, safes, storage containers, locks and locking systems.
