As an Immigration Services Analyst, you will serve as a senior analyst to District management on mission and operation programs requiring the application of a wide range of analytical functions related to achieving production and quality goals in the processing of immigration benefits.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/18/2026.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.

You must have experience performing the following duties: Conducting detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes such as production standards, workloads, and appropriate staffing levels.

Conducting studies and analyzing data of major field functions across program lines and recommending actions to achieve office and/or organizational objectives.

Coordinating with leadership and team members to ensure consistency with agency standards for data governance, data quality, and data integrity.

Creating reports for management on program elements and improving efficiency and accuracy of the programs and data.

  • Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within District 33 and are assigned based on the need of the agency.
  • Ensures that the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the district- wide field office production analyst teams and integrated into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products.
  • Coordinates with the FDNS Intelligence Research Specialist and the Ops Administrative Analyst to ensures district-wide consistency with USCIS standards for Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Integrity.
  • Articulates and communicates to the field office analyst teams the assignment, project, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines for completion.
  • Plans, and conducts studies of major field and national functions across organizational lines,
  • i.e. electronic processing of immigrant visas, ELIS implementation, issuance of Notice to Appear, intelligence research reports from FDNS, and pending cases with EOIR.
  • Verifies data for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness and where appropriate, amending or rejecting work not meeting established standards and meeting performance standards.
