You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE & LABOR RELATIONS) in the MANPOWER and Reserve Affairs Department of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Liaison between labor and management relations, providing assistance with employee relations, and managing performance and implementing incentive awards.
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, formulating, and implementing policies in the areas of labor-management relations, employee relations, and performance management and incentive awards.
