Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASS/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) in CHRO-SOUTHEAST ALBANY at MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE, ALBANY GA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying position classification and position management principles, advising managers on organizational structures, classification changes, and developing position descriptions; evaluating and recommending strategies to resolve staffing problems.
