This job involves leading the HR team for Nashville's emergency communications department, handling everything from hiring and employee relations to investigations and policy advice in a high-stress environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of professional HR experience including four (4) years of management experience.
