Requirements
As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to emails from resource accounts and providing timely, accurate information
- Preparing and processing personnel transactions
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Assisting with job postings and supporting talent acquisition processes
- Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining HR files, tracking information, inputting information into HR systems, and preparing reports
- Supporting onboarding and new employee orientation processes
- Providing general HR administrative support
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week upon successful completion of the probationary period.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of clerical or other comparable experience and one year of beginning level paraprofessional human resource work; or
- A bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
Additional Requirements:
- You must have experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, web-based utilities or be willing to learn relevant software to perform job duties.
- You must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently on assignments.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Experience managing office communications or organized documents
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information and ensuring discretion
- Experience performing administrative tasks such as scheduling or record-keeping
