Knowledge of personal computers and word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. May perform duties of a contract representative (COR) as needed.
Desired Qualifications Advanced experience with HRIS platforms. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in optimizing and implementing HRIS systems and HR data. Experience developing and improving personnel processes, workflows, and data management.
Problem solves in a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Aptitude for reports; report generation and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, etc. Identify trends or root cause behaviors for frequently occurring audit issues or integration errors.
Experience handling sensitive, confidential organizational/ department information. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across the organization. Experience coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Familiarity with compensation structures and position description management is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions Sedentary. Major Duties:
Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall SAA strategy.
Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital, data, and HRIS.
Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management, data retention and management, and HRIS.
