About the Position: This is a military technician position with the 63rd Regional Support Command, Army Maintenance Support Activity 20 located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Heavy Mobile Equipment Repairer Supervisor without more than normal supervision.

Ability to Lead or Supervise - To meet the screen-out element, applicants should document experience or show the ability to do the following: skill in workforce planning, training and employee development; administrative and employee management; operation of motor vehicles; prioritize workload based on future deadlines; identifying training needs; and operating the full range of gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles.

Ability To Lead or Supervise Managing Human Resources Planning and Evaluating Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Major Duties:

• Plan work schedules
• Establish deadlines and priorities
• Assign tasks to employees and make adjustments as necessary
• Review work for accuracy and compliance with standards
• lnvestigate and correct productivity problems for an efficient work environment
• ldentify training needs of employees
• Provide instruction, direction and guidance to employees
• Counsel employees on problems and/or complaints and union representation
• Initiate proposals for disciplinary actions
• Schedule and approve leave
• Interview candidates for vacant positions and provide recommendations for selection
• Develop performance standards
