Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of an Heavy Mobile Equipment Repairer Supervisor without more than normal supervision.
Ability to Lead or Supervise - To meet the screen-out element, applicants should document experience or show the ability to do the following: skill in workforce planning, training and employee development; administrative and employee management; operation of motor vehicles; prioritize workload based on future deadlines; identifying training needs; and operating the full range of gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles.
