This position is located at FMWR Marketing on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid, but are not guaranteed.
Up to 25% recruitment and/or relocation incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals/rehired individuals.
Relocation incentives are applicable to current NAF employees who have accepted a Regular Full-Time (RFT) in a different geographical location with no break in service.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Knowledge of general marketing, advertising and merchandising. Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision.
Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment required to perform the duties of the position. Ability to use measuring instruments required to perform the duties of the position.
Ability to interpret instructions, specifications, etc. to perform the duties of the position. Knowledge of materials common to printing and reproduction trade. Typing skills (40 wpm).
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess experience capturing digital photography and basic video content to document participation, programs, events, and ceremonies for use in marketing, social media, and print or electronic publications.
Possess experience creating digital and print marketing materials across multiple platforms. Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs.
Possess working knowledge of social media platforms and formatting requirements for digital content.
Possess an understanding of basic design principles, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Possess experience working with establishing branding guidelines and producing consistent, high-quality content. Possess experience managing multiple projects and meeting production deadlines.
