Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

You will serve as a FOREIGN MILITARY ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST (COUNTRY PROGRAM MANAGER) in the N3 COUNTRY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUBDIVISION of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing Department of War education and training programs for foreign countries; 2) Collaborating with assigned countries to implement training needs; 3) Maintaining country training programs in the Defense Security Assistance Management System or similar systems; 4) Managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training cases; AND 5) Possessing moderate to advanced computer literacy that demonstrates the ability to quickly learn training management systems..
