About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 30th FSS Community Services Collocated Club - Pacific Coast Club.
Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds unassisted, occasionally lifts or moves objects weighing more than 20 pounds with assistance.
Continuous standing, walking, frequent stooping, reaching, pushing and bending is required. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: No previous experience is required. Ability to read and understand written material and be able to follow simple oral instructions.
Must be able to use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines. Must be able to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds, and occasionally over 20 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push and bend for long periods of time. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.
Must satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 background investigation. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:
Must be able to: Set up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments, and cold menu items (such as salads, desserts, bread, and cold beverages) on the serving line.
Remove dishes and trays from tables. Operate, break down, and clean all electrical food-preparation equipment. Clean kitchen equipment including worktables, sinks, and refrigerators.
Separate food waste and trash from dishes, glasses, and silverware in the dishwashing area.
Load and operate dishwashers, store clean dishes, glasses, and silverware, wash tables and counters, vacuum and shampoo carpets, sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean windows, wash walls, and clean and sanitize trash cans.
Sort, wash, peel, and cut fresh fruits and vegetables. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds unassisted; occasionally lifts or moves objects weighing more than 20 pounds with assistance.
Continuous standing and walking are required, along with frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, and bending.
