Full Job Description

The primary purpose for the establishment of this job is to perform all or a variety of food and service work as well as cashier duties. WE ARE HIRING AT TWO SEPARATE LOCATIONS AS FOLLOWS: The CPO McFaul Club Eagle Haven Golf/ PUB 19 Club

A qualified candidate must possess: Knowledge of the principles of basic food preparation and safety, cash collection, sanitation, and customer courtesy and hospitality.

Ability to follow basic recipes, combine ingredients, and prepare all assigned foods. Knowledge of proper techniques for measuring the volume of dry, liquid, and fat ingredients.

A basic understanding of recipe construction. Skill in measuring and weighing ingredients to adjust recipe yields according to standard procedures.

Ability to comply with proper safety and sanitation procedures, work independently and as a team member, and operate a computerized cash register system and other food service equipment.

Major Duties:

Responsible for preparing items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, bacon, tuna salad, cookies, and other food items as required in the daily routine of operating a fast food snack bar operation.

Ensures proper portion control. Responsible for preparing a variety of meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, sauces, gravies, and deserts using standard recipes and instructions from product labels.

Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in food preparation for items such as vegetables and fruits used for salads and desserts for catered events.

Responsible for keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and able to pass required health and safety inspections at all times. May be responsible to operate a cash register, collect.

90% Responsible for assisting with catering events including food preparation, setting up, plating and serving of food, removing dirty dishes from the tables, and break down after the events.

10% Performs other related duties as assigned.
