This job is for a food service worker at a golf and event center on an Air Force base in Idaho, where you'll set up serving lines, clean kitchen equipment, wash dishes, and handle basic food prep like cutting fruits and vegetables.
It's a flexible part-time role with no guaranteed hours or benefits, open to anyone who can handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Silver Sage Golf and Event Center in Mountain Home AFB, ID.
This is a Flexible work schedule with no minimum guaranteed hours, however may work up to 40 hours per week. This position does not offer benefits. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Ability to read and understand written material and be able to follow simple oral instructions. Ability to use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines.
Ability to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds, and occasionally over 20 pounds with assistance.
Ability to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push and bend for long periods of time. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Major Duties:
Sets up glasses, silverware, dishes, trays, napkins, condiments and cold menu items (e.g., salad, dessert, bread and cold beverages) on a serving line. Removes dishes and trays from tables.
Operates, breaks down and cleans all electrical equipment for food preparation. Cleans kitchen equipment (e.g., worktables, sinks and refrigerators).
Separates food waste and trash from dishes, glasses and silverware in dishwashing area. Loads and operates dishwashers, stores clean dishes, glasses and silverware.
Washes tables and counters, vacuums and shampoos carpets. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, cleans windows, washes walls and cleans and sanitizes trashcans.
Sorts, washes, peels and cuts fresh fruits and vegetables. Performs other related duties as assigned.
