Requirements
As a Food Service Worker 1, you will perform routine meal preparation and maintain high sanitation standards across all food service areas. Key responsibilities include plating food according to portion guidelines, preparing beverages, and assembling trays by accurately interpreting color-coded diet orders. You will ensure tray accuracy for individual dietary needs, transport meal carts, and assist with dining room service and resident deliveries. This role requires the safe operation of kitchen equipment like slicers and mixers, as well as physical tasks such as sweeping, moping, and waste removal to ensure a clean environment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment (8 hours per day; 40 hours per week)
- Work hours are 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM (1st shift), Thursday - Monday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
