You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Program Management Support Division, Business & Financial Operations Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing program-level business and financial management support, analysis, advice, and guidance to directly enable the acquisition and/or lifecycle management of training systems for major defense platforms/warfare areas.
2) Interpreting funding requirements, fiscal policies, and regulations to provide authoritative guidance on compliance, ensuring proper execution and accurate management of financial appropriations; 3) Utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) to analyze financial reports and review procurement requests, ensuring compliance with technical standards; 4) Formulating detailed budgets and developing comprehensive spend plans in accordance with published guidance.
