The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) Executive Offices is looking for an Executive Secretary to provide essential administrative and clerical support to Commissioners, the Office of Sports Wagering Operations, and the Office of Human Resources.

In this role, you will assist and provide task backup to the Executive Assistant in order to provide consistency in support of PGCB executives, Board members, and others as needed.
You will be responsible for reviewing and editing correspondence prepared by staff; scheduling meetings and appointments; as well as providing support to staff with travel arrangements, itineraries, and preparing talking points for speaking engagements.
You will also have the opportunity to serve as the backup receptionist, screening calls, addressing inquiries, referring callers to the appropriate staff members, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
