This job involves interviewing people over the phone or in person to determine if they qualify for food and financial assistance programs like SNAP and TANF, processing their applications, and keeping accurate records to help families and vulnerable adults stay stable.
It's a hands-on role in a county office where you'll handle at least 15 cases a day and ensure everything follows state rules.

Job Duties:
Maintains case records and files in agency designated computer system for documentation and auditing purposes as required by agency policy in a confidential, timely and accurate manner.
Documents client work participation activities in agency designated system. Enters timely documentation in SCOSA of events/activities that may affect clients continued eligibility for benefits.
