Job Duties:
Monitor and complete necessary follow-up activities on established claims. Initiate collection/re-coupment of over-payments.
Adjudicate intentional program violations; Represent the agency in hearings; Coordinate with the Office of Investigation and the court system to prosecute and collect restitution from fraud cases.
