Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as an equipment specialist for the U.S. Navy, focusing on managing materials and schedules for ship repairs and maintenance at a naval base in Bremerton, Washington.
You'll review equipment needs, guide teams on procurement, and ensure projects stay on track to support fleet operations.

You will serve as an EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST (SHIPS) in the Engineering and Planning Department, Material Ordering Branch of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing or evaluating technical equipment specifications or requirements to provide guidance or advice on the acquisition or logistics of ship material to meet scheduled work requirements.
