You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Reviewing EEO work products produced by others such as counselor reports, acceptance letters and reports of investigation, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing feedback as to what is necessary when the work product does not fulfill such requirements.

Providing guidance and clarification on EEO legal requirements to members of the agency workforce. Developing and delivering informational presentations on EEO topics for the agency workforce.

Major Duties:

As an Equal Employment Manager, GS-14 you will perform the following duties: Ensures the non-discriminatory treatment of all ICE employees and applicants for employment in accordance with established laws, regulations, and Executive Orders.

Ensures that the rights of employees and applicants are protected, and that the agency promotes a proactive equal employment opportunity (EEO) program.
