Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

It's a temporary role lasting up to 3 years (potentially longer) with federal benefits like health insurance and retirement.

About the Position: This position will be filled as a Term Appointment not to exceed 3 years. Term appointments may be extended beyond of six (6) years, up to eight (8) years.
With DoD approval, Term appointments may be extended beyond eight (8) years.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
