You'll handle daily tasks like creating schedules, tracking attendance, training new hires, and responding to urgent staffing needs.

You’ll build and adjust daily and long-term schedules for our direct care and nursing staff.
You’ll help with training and orientation for new hires, respond to last-minute needs, and track staff attendance and leave.

Lakeland Village is a safe, supportive residential setting where adults with developmental disabilities live and receive care. In this role, you’ll be one of the behind-the-scenes heroes who help make that care possible.
Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.Prior to a new hire, a background check including criminal record history may be conducted.
