Requirements

This role provides a structured, hands-on training experience guided by supervisors, managers, and seasoned technicians.

You will build practical skills in analytical work, preventative maintenance, and mechanical repair across a wide range of construction equipment, trucks, and gasoline or diesel-powered vehicles.

This program is designed to help you develop both technical expertise and a strong understanding of the machinery you will work with.

Key Training Components

• Receive direct mentorship from experienced supervisors, managers, and skilled staff.
• Learn and perform analytical tasks related to equipment performance and diagnostics.
• Develop preventative maintenance skills for construction equipment, trucks, and automobiles.
• Assist with mechanical repairs on gasoline and diesel engines.
• Gain hands-on experience working with a variety of tools, systems, and mechanical components.
• Build a strong foundation in equipment operation, safety practices, and technical procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work hours subject to change based on seasonal requirements and operational needs.

• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

• Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $47,844.00 (before taxes).

Qualifications

• Employees may be required to obtain and maintain CDL endorsements and certifications necessary to operate specific pieces of equipment.
• This position is subject to Drug and Alcohol testing in accordance with Federal Regulations.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
