In this role, you will be responsible for a range of analytical tasks while also executing preventative maintenance and repairs on a varied fleet that encompasses construction machinery, trucks, and gasoline or diesel-powered vehicles.
Your duties will include servicing an array of systems, such as hydraulic, electrical, heating, cooling, and exhaust systems, in addition to both manual and automatic transmissions.
You will also be tasked with conducting state vehicle inspections for all applicable equipment, ensuring that work orders are completed accurately, and meticulously recording the time allocated to each task.
It is crucial to promptly report any incidents or damage to the equipment to maintain operational integrity.
To excel in this position, you must possess the ability to identify appropriate repair procedures for heavy machinery and implement necessary mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
