The General Services Administration is actively seeking top-tier talent for our Senior Executive Service (SES) positions from within GSA, across the Federal government, and from the private sector.

Achieving Results- This core qualification involves the demonstrated ability to achieve both individual and organizational results, and to align results to stated goals from superiors. Major Duties:

The Office of Evidence and Evaluation is located within the Office of Government-wide Policy (OGP).

This office focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, cost savings and customer experience by providing data governance and services, conducting internal and external evaluations, leading customer research activities and managing the agency's data assets.

The Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Evidence and Evaluation provides comprehensive leadership and program oversight of the office and reports to the Principal Deputy Associate Administrator, OGP.

This role entails full authority for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating all office functions.

The incumbent collaborates with senior executive leadership within GSA, OMB, customer agencies, interagency councils, and other relevant stakeholder groups and oversight entities as necessary.

The incumbent for this position is also responsible for the following: Providing comprehensive leadership for an office that includes divisions focused on government-wide evaluations, customer research practices, and the management strategies for all OGP data, including the development of AI solutions.

Fulfilling the Administrator's responsibilities under Titles 1 and 3 of HR 4174, the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act (Evidence Act).

Developing data governance policy and advising on data analytics implementation within organizations.

Overseeing an organization that provides expert technical solutions, advice, guidance, and recommendations on data analytics to top management officials and technical specialists, including those critical to client organizations' or agencies' missions.

Providing subject matter expertise in data management, data governance, and data quality.

Directing and managing the development, standardization, metrics and benchmarking, coordination, and issuance of effective government-wide solutions, data, data analytics, principles, guidelines, regulations, criteria, standards, and policies to promote efficiency and economy.

Providing visionary leadership and high-level policy direction for GSA and other Federal agencies regarding evidence-building activities and evaluation.

Overseeing complex evaluations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and managing programmatic, administrative, and financial aspects of the office.

Leading enterprise-wide customer research strategies and efforts and generating customer insights to enhance GSA's customer experience measures and results.

Providing guidance and oversight for projects related to customer experience, service delivery, policy analysis, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
