Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900
Typical requirements: Executive-level leadership experience. Senior executive qualifications required.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping children and youth transition from residential care or psychiatric hospitals back into community settings by assessing their needs, creating support plans, and working with service providers to ensure safe and stable placements.
The role also includes developing new programs, analyzing data to track progress, and collaborating with various agencies to expand mental health resources.
