The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is seeking dedicated Custodial Workers to join our Division of Installation Maintenance.
In this important role, you will support the maintenance team by helping maintain clean, safe, and well-kept buildings and facilities at Fort Indiantown Gap.

In this position, you will perform a wide range of custodial duties involving cleaning functions and the proper use of custodial supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities include cleaning offices, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, such as sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, and related fixtures.
You will collect and dispose of waste and trash in designated containers or dumpsters, as well as sort recyclable materials and place them in the appropriate receptacles.
You will also maintain awareness of occupational hazards and follow established safety practices.
Many assigned duties are routine and repetitive and are carried out in accordance with custodial department policies and procedures.
