Full Job Description

The Criminal Justice Program Manager oversees the implementation and administration of multiple federal and state grants, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and program goals.

This position is responsible for supervising a dedicated team, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to reporting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance criminal justice initiatives.

The Criminal Justice Program Manager will also be responsible for overseeing grant applications, renewals, modifications, and closeouts; conducting workshops and assisting with the development of policy and protocols; supporting and facilitating meetings and events for various statewide committees, advisory boards, and/or task forces; assisting state, county, and non-profit agencies in the development of programs and submission of grant applications; and assisting agencies with the familiarity of the criminal justice system and community training and development.

Develop, implement, and monitor criminal justice programs that address community needs and align with grant priorities development.

Prepare and submit timely reports to grantors, agency leadership, and other stakeholders.

Will perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Training: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.

Substitution: A master's degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for one year of the required non-supervisory experience.
